PRESS RELEASE: Arena And Bold Retail Partnership

Arena, Inc., and Bold Retail, Inc., two Northwest Arkansas based firms announced a new partnership focused on supporting product innovation and growth this week.

According to principals at both companies, the partnership will allow both firms to better serve their clients, primarily product brands with annual revenue from $5 to $300 million. This includes startups, established offshore brands seeking to establish new presence in the US, and brands within larger consumer goods companies looking to increase their competitiveness and speed.

As partner companies, the two firms will offer a comprehensive end-to-end growth path for their clients including both physical and eCommerce retail. Bold will focus on delivering brand awareness and momentum using proprietary approaches to Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and eMarketplace selling while Arena will formulate and implement strategies to translate that momentum into success across top retailers.

Both companies will share office space in Rogers (Pinnacle Hills) allowing for seamless collaboration on shared priorities and clients. As part of this arrangement, Arena has also made an undisclosed equity investment in Bold Retail.
